My advice to stay fit and healthy is simple - use YOUR LEGS. Get out there and sample local towns and countryside - from Wigan to the West Lancs Moors to the Edge of the World. And LOOK to see all the interesting stuff all around you, from people to buildings, and wildlife - even as close as your back garden. This year there is a family of five blackbirds nesting in one of my conifer trees - amazing how many worms they get through.
